Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them and providing expert advice to ensure their project’s success.
- Lead the initial engagement with clients, overseeing the design and pricing of residential remodeling projects ranging from $20,000 to $2,000,000
- Conduct lead qualification and on-site client consultations
- Crush it without crushing yourself. We generally expect 40 hours a week, but we empower you to set your own schedule and work mostly M-F.
- No cold-calling. You will serve clients who contact KC’s for projects, warm leads from referrals, or KC’s website.
- Assist clients with design concepts and product selections
- Collaborate with a team of project managers, designers, and external consultants throughout the remodel design process
- Hand off projects to the production team for implementation

- Critical path planning skills to get projects worth hundreds of thousands of dollars through the design process.
- General understanding of interior design, building code, structural features, and architecture
- Familiarity with construction management technology and software
- Strong ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline to drive sales and generate revenue
- Has a history of closing sales and generating new revenue in prior roles
Schedule:
This is a full-time position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some evening and weekend work possible.
Travel:
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area travel may be expected.

The primary goal of the Residential Construction Project Manager will be to ensure the timely completion of projects while meeting profitability targets. A strong commitment to adhering to contractual obligations, maintaining project schedules, and managing budgets efficiently is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and change orders to ensure that the job is built according to the approved plans.

We are seeking an Experienced Remodeling Carpenter to join our team. We are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in residential and commercial remodeling.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable, career-oriented individual with experience in residential and commercial remodeling. We are looking for an experienced All-Around Carpenter who is a proactive team player for our residential remodeling company. The Remodeling Carpenter may perform general carpentry tasks as well as other basic remodeling tasks including, but not limited to, painting and finishing, drywall work, and insulation. You must be technically capable to perform advanced carpentry tasks in a safe and efficient manner and work well with our team and outside subs. Room for advancement for motivated individuals.

- Installing cabinets and millwork
- Erect scaffolding and ladders to assemble structures above ground levels safely

Physical Demands:
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time, and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The Remodeling Carpenter lifts, pushes, pulls, or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively jumps, sprints, or throws objects. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The Remodeling Carpenter must have excellent stamina.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Overtime requires approval-may include some evening/weekend work.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the Remodeling Carpenter Helper is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The Remodeling Carpenter Helper is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Overtime requires approval-may include some evening/weekend work.
Travel:
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area travel may be expected.
Compensation:
$17.00-$23.00 per hour (DOE)

The Opportunity:
The Material Facilitator is responsible for material mobilization, delivery, and clean-up of all job sites.
The position collaborates with the Project Team to ensure job sites are maintained on a regular basis and field staff has the required materials in a timely manner. The Material Facilitator is also responsible for shop duties, organization, keeping a record of all loaned tools, and maintaining accurate time in Construction Software.
- Responsibilities:
Facilitate materials, job signs, permit boxes, etc. to job sites - Ensure the job site is clean the day prior to the start of the job and take accurate pictures of site conditions and upload them to the construction management software by the close of the workday.
- Assist with material mobilization, delivery, and clean-up of job sites to ensure efficient project execution.
- As directed by the Project Manager, pick up and deliver all material required for the project and ensure that all material is in good working order. Ensure an accurate inventory of all supplies on hand.
- Collaborate with the Project Team to maintain job sites regularly and ensure the timely availability of materials for field staff.
- Perform shop duties, maintain tool inventory, and keep accurate records of loaned tools
- Ensure tool inventory is maintained & tracked and all loaned tools are returned in the condition in which they were issued and immediately report any issues to the Project Manager.
- At the end of the workday, ensure your daily project logs and time is accurately recorded in the Construction Management platform for each project on which you worked that day.
- Responsible for maintaining company vehicles through daily routine maintenance checks and appearance of vehicles inside and out.
- Contribute to the overall organization and cleanliness of company vehicles
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the construction industry
- Valid Driver’s License (required) for material transportation
- Must be a US Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident.
